Shipping & Delivery Policy

We aim to ensure your MOMENTIER order reaches you safely, securely, and on time.


1. Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping on orders above ₹999.
  • A shipping fee applies to orders below ₹999 (displayed at checkout).

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation along with tracking details.

3. Delivery Timeline (India)

  • Domestic deliveries typically take 5–7 working days from the date of dispatch.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.
  • Delivery timelines are calculated from the dispatch date, not the order date.

4. Shipping Partners

We ship across India using reputed courier services such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and other reliable providers depending on service availability in your region.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS/WhatsApp (as applicable) on your registered contact details.
  • Tracking updates are provided by the courier partner and may take a few hours to reflect after dispatch.

6. Address Accuracy & Delivery Attempts

  • Please ensure your shipping address, pin code, and contact number are correct at the time of placing the order.
  • Orders generally cannot be redirected once dispatched.
  • Courier partners typically attempt delivery multiple times before marking an order as undeliverable (RTO).

7. Delivery Delays & Exceptions

Delivery timelines may be impacted due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Public holidays
  • Weather disruptions
  • Natural events
  • Courier delays
  • Regional restrictions or operational constraints

We appreciate your patience in such situations.


8. Returned-to-Origin (RTO) / Undelivered Orders

If an order is returned to us due to any of the following:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
  • Customer unavailable during delivery attempts
  • Refusal to accept delivery

Re-shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch (as applicable). If cancellation is requested after an RTO, refund (if applicable) may be processed after deducting shipping and return handling charges.


9. International Shipping

Currently, MOMENTIER ships within India only. International shipping options may be introduced in the future.
