Cancellation & Refund Policy
At MOMENTIER, we are committed to delivering products that meet our quality standards. As fragrances are personal and hygienic in nature, certain conditions apply to cancellations, returns, and refunds.
1. Order Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or dispatched.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- If a cancellation request is approved, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method.
2. Returns & Eligibility
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of fragrance products, opened, used, or tested perfumes are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds or replacements are applicable only in the following situations:
- The product was damaged in transit
- The product received was defective
- An incorrect item was delivered
- Leakage occurred during shipment
To qualify, the product must remain:
- Unused and sealed
- In its original packaging
- With all labels, components, and accessories intact
3. Claim Process
To ensure a fair and transparent resolution, the following is required:
- Notification within 48 hours of delivery
- An unboxing video clearly showing the sealed package being opened and the condition of the product
- Clear photographs of the outer packaging and product
Requests submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for approval.
4. Situations Not Eligible for Return
Returns or replacements cannot be accepted if:
- The product has been opened, used, or altered
- The product shows signs of misuse or damage after delivery
- Original packaging, labels, or accessories are missing
- The claim is raised beyond 48 hours of delivery
5. Refund & Replacement Process
Once a claim is approved:
- If a return is required, the product will be inspected upon receipt
- Refunds will be processed within 6–8 business days to the original payment method
- Banks may take up to 7–10 working days to reflect the credit
- If eligible, a replacement of the same item will be provided
- If the product is unavailable, a refund will be issued
Return pickup may be arranged based on service availability in your location.
6. Delivery Advisory
If the outer parcel appears visibly damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, we recommend refusing acceptance and informing us immediately.
7. Quality Assurance
Each product undergoes quality checks prior to dispatch. In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged or incorrect item, please follow the claim process outlined above.
8. Final Note
We reserves the right to decline refund or replacement requests that do not meet the conditions stated above.
Nothing in this policy affects rights available to consumers under applicable consumer protection laws in India.
